Your arrival at the Kasbah
We’ll always welcome you with traditional tea, fresh water and fruits as you arrive. You can then visit the Kasbah, get comfy in your room and get some rest.
Younès, Abdellah’s young brother, can also lead you for a short walk in the palm grove to stretch your legs after your trip. Dinner will be served when it best suits you.
Breakfast time depends on your activities, rest, day trips or departure time.

Meals
The breakfast is served on the terrace to see the sunrise.
It is hearty with traditional tea, filter coffee, chocolate, handmade marmalade, honey, fresh fruits, eggs, fresh cheese and yogurt.
Handmade pancakes « Msemem », « Imzizil » or « Arum nu amès » (salty stuffed bread) are served along fresh bread.
For lunch : We can make you picnics to go, sandwiches, salads, fruits and fresh bread.
For dinner : 3 different places for 3 different moods !

We offer you quality cooking with only fresh products. We can also plan together the next diner menus with you (3 days in advance minimum).
The cooks learned everything from their mothers and grandmothers. They also like to learn new things, especially concerning desserts.
They cook tasty, familial and innovative meals.
We cook healthy and balanced meals. Fruits and vegetables are organic and seasonal as far as possible and are an important part of Moroccan cuisine. Chicken, beef and lamb meat comes directly from farms in the region. We can also get fresh fish caught on the same day in Agadir once a week upon request.
Our cook can also put together 100% vegetarian meals. We can also accommodate any allergy or intolerance upon reservation at least 7 days in advance. You can fill in the form “food preferences” on the reservation page.
- Véronique also cooks from time to time. She mostly cooks desserts and a few personal recipes. She gets inspired by fruits, vegetables and the famous Moroccan spices.
- For your events, we can cook a birthday cake or order it at the village bakery.

The meals :
- The menu is prepared by our talented Berber cooks.
- We serve traditional local, organic and seasonal food as far as possible.
- Our team will ajust to your desires and can offer you vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food upon request.
- All meals including breakfast, picnics and dinners are cooked at the Kasbah and are served in the dining room at the heart of the house or on the terrace.
- We can cook a birthday cake upon request.
Airport transfer :
- You can book an airport transfer (from Ouarzazate, Marrakesh or Agadir) with either a car with driver and a companion from the Kasbah, a taxi or an air-conditioned minivan.
For your event celebrations :
- Tailor made themed evenings.
- Moroccan mood : Berber music, traditional outfit (Caftan for the women and Gandoura for the men), traditional Moroccan cuisine buffet.
- DJ, musicians, dancers.
- Festive picnic in the palm grove.
- Cooking lessons, wood baked bread manufacturing, immersion in the traditional Berber life, carpet weaving or henna. We can help you find something that suits your desires and that stimulates your curiosity.

Since its opening in 2019, Kasbah Kissane has had the pleasure to welcome multiple groups for diverse themed workshops : yoga, accro-yoga, singing bowl, shiatsu, massages and meditation. All those activities happen either at the Kasbah, in our family oasis or in the palm grove.

Creative workshops
The different spaces in the Kasbah are particulary suited to creative activities :
- Drawing, painting, watercolor workshops that can take place in the palm grove, the mountains, on the shores of the Draa, near waterfalls…
- Photography or video workshops.
- Writing and poetry workshops.
- The Kasbah is a magnificent place at your disposal for professional photo shootings… We have it all: authentic architecture, original and neat decoration, exceptional environment with the Draa valley nearby. The mountains around, our family oasis, the waterfalls, the palm grove and especially the nearby Sahara desert are unique places to create visual content.

- Morrocan cuisine workshops with spices, « tajine » style cooking and the souk.
- Traditional wood baked bread making workshop with buckwheat and wheat flour from our oasis.
- Carpet weaving workshop at the best weaver in the region.
